This rental unit corresponds to the entire chalet. On levels 2 and 3 and on the level 1 outbuildings is added the level 1 studio which communicates with the upper levels via an interior staircase.:

- a"mountain corner" with two twin beds in 80 separate or juxtaposable to make a bed in 160,
- a large living room with a high-end convertible sofa in 140.

- a fully equipped kitchen area (induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher)
- a bathroom with sink, shower cabin and toilet. Washing machine.
- a large terrace with table and benches
